Magical talent develops in children as they approach pubity.
Once discovered Magi are always sent to the White gold tower where they learn to control their talents and harness them for good if they are young enough. Failing that unless they turned themselves over they are put to death.
Every magically talented being can preform magic from any one of the seven different circles of magic
Red The circle of fire and heat
Blue The circle of water and can manipulate all liquids
Green the Circle the masters of it able to heal nearly everything but death.
Yellow The circle of air able to cause the winds to stir or still
Brown The circle of earth able to manipulate the very stone under their feet.
White The circle of soul able to work magic with in ones very mind
Black The circle of death and darkness. All Templars are taught to recognise these Magi and are instructed to put them immediately to death.
NOTICE there is a reward out for all Magi caught outside of the circle without leave
Any person found Guilty of harbouring a Magi is a heretic and will be put to death
Gold reward offered for any information on Magi outside of the circle
